What is GoldCloud®?

GoldCloud is an exclusive social network. We give our Members the opportunity to monetize their creativity and online experiences through organic promotion, positivity, community, and collaboration.


How can I join the GoldCloud Network?

Membership is offered by invite only. To join as a Member complete and application, or find an active GoldCloud Member. Apply for Membership.


How do I download the GoldCloud® App?

Once you have been invited to join GoldCloud, you will receive a link to download the app via email. 


How can I acquire GoldCloud® media services?

GoldCloud offers media creation and promotion services for Members, partners, and clients. Send us a message for more information.


How do I invite my friends?

You can invite your friends to join the fun by sending them an exclusive invite to membership through the GoldCloud® app.


How do I earn GCP Bonuses?

Visit your Membership Insights to learn more about GCP Bonuses. Visit the Announcements screen in the app and search "Insights". Tap the option associated with your Membership.


What are the media requirements for my campaign uploads?

The recommended video dimensions are 1280x1024 (landscape) 1024x1280 (portrait) 1024 x1024 (square). 60 FPS or less. File size must not exceed 150 MB. We support .MP4 video & .JPEG only. Be sure the first frame of your video is not empty or black. TIP: Add flyer or cover graphic on frame 1.

The recommended image dimensions are 1280x1080 (landscape) 1080x1280 (portrait) 1080x1080 (square). 

Minimum Resolutions: 1280x720 (landscape) 720x1280 (portrait) 720x720 (square).

Name your media with the name of the media followed by an underscore and your social media username with no spaces.
Ex.) ChrisBrown-NoGuidance_myTwitter.mp4

 

How do I upload my media?

Tap "Create Campaign" from your dashboard after successful login to the Member panel. Upload your media, enter all the details, and tap "Create".


How long does my campaign media stay active?

Once approved and released, your campaign content can be active in the app for the duration of the season unless and end date is scheduled during creation.


How do I unlock another GoldCloud® and see more campaigns?

Simply send a message to [email protected] requesting to unlock new GoldClouds® (which offers more campaigns) and we will send your link to claim your unlock token.


How do I upgrade my membership?

Simply send a message to [email protected] with your requested membership role and we will send your link to claim your upgrade token.


How do I downgrade my membership?

You can downgrade to base membership at any time by sending a message requesting a switch to [email protected]


How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you leave and miss out on all the fun! If you would like you cancel your membership send a message to [email protected] with your name and account email. Once canceled, your membership will discontinue at the end of the term.
